When can I call you?

Ideally, you can call us any time between noon – midnight, seven days week however, feel free to pick up that phone and dial our number or whatsapp us any time you want!

How do I know if you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide. For more detailed information you can read our shipping and returns policy information.

How long does it take to pack and ship the product?

We pack and ship within 24/48 hours of your payment clearance. You are notified by email. How soon you get the package depends on where you are located which can be anything between 2-5 business days. We only use the best shipping companies to ship our products like Fedex, DHL, OCS and Leopard.

Why should I send you any money in advance for your booking manager services? How should I trust you?

We understand your concerns about your money and payments to us and we highly respect all of them! You simply make an advance payment to us so that we can go and book your desired vendor for you. We do not keep any cash in the amount you send us. We only charge a small fee for our services which are communicated beforehand. You get everything in black and white with all communication correspondences and receipts including your booking confirmation. Our existing valued customers are proof of our quality of services.

I can’t pay by credit card / paypal / wire transfer. Do you have other payment options?

We can accommodate customers in terms of payment in special scenarios. For that you need to get in touch with us either by calling us or emailing us.

Where are you guys located?

We are located in Cavalry Ground Extension, Lahore, Pakistan.

I don’t like what I bought, can I send it back and get a refund?

We do have a returns policy in place for items received by mistake, however due to the processes and costs involved in shipping internationally we do not accommodate returns. To save yourself from the hassle and costs, please purchase with care.

I did not receive what I paid for? What do I do now?

If you received a product by mistake and it was not what you had ordered, (sowie!) ship it back and we process a full refund due to our mistake including the shipping charges. The return is only processed when our staff reviews your purchase closely and all email correspondences. If however, you did purchase what you received, unfortunately no return is processed in that scenario.
